Not newsworthy but a Pixies fun fact:
I saw the upcoming movie, The Kingdom, with Jaimie Foxx, Jennifer Garner and Jason Bateman last week and thought it's worth mentioning on this forum that Bateman is wearing a Pixies t-shirt through most of the film. Looks like a BossaNova-era picture on the shirt. |

Yes, it's great. Unbelievably entertaining popcorn movie about terrorism in Saudi Arabia that manages to squeeze in some great subplots about federal beurocratic infighting and the friend-or-foe nature of U.S.-Saudi relations. And THE PIXIES! It's a borderline amazing movie. |
