has anybody an idea what it is about ? the remark on the song database doesn't help much.

Some Frank Black fans love to psychoanalyze songs. In fact that's one of the reasons that they are drawn to Frank's music...because it lends itself so well to that sort of geekery.

When Frank sang it at a show (after I requested it - whee!) he said he was walking around a temple picking up on "the vibes" and this is the song he wrote about that.
