Some tips:

* Try to be specific.
* Please update your posting if you get a ticket.
* If you're contacting someone about a ticket, please send them a Private message
* Post EXTRA tickets you've got here too!

Please, please, please - if anyone has got 2 tickets going for the June 3 gig especially, but June 2 as well, can they get in touch.

I am so gutted I missed out on tickets on the web and by phone. I'm a massive fan - I went to the first Pixies UK gig as well as loads more including the Town and Country concert which is on the new DVD, followed them around the UK on the 89 tour etc etc, even had Kim Deal dedicate a song to me. I SO need to go and see them again.

I'll pay over the odds (but not Ebay type prices).

Humph. Have always been into pixies, seen em live three times and have stuck with Frank throughout his solo career. so where have all these so-called pixies fans come from all of a sudden - where were they at the FB&TC gigs? Because of them I couldn't get a ticket for either Brixton show as couldn't get through on the phone or net. Not fair! Please may I have a ticket someone?

My order for two thursday tix got cancelled because I put the wrong expiry date :(
If anyone has a spare pair for thurs to sell at a fair price or wants to swap for wednesday please get in touch and a Kim Deal groupie will be forever grateful :)

I now have all the tickets I need and maybe one or two spare but won't know for sure until nearer the time which nights they will be for... as soon as I know I will post on this site for a first come first served arrangement at £30 per ticket to cover booking and postage so keep checking if you need any. I don't believe it - I've missed out on the two other Brixton nights now. See my posting above. Please somebody help me - I actually feel like crying. Ideally I need two tickets (just one would do) for June 3 (and if not the 4th or 5th).
Where have all these new Pixies fans sprung from - I never used to have trouble getting tickets back in the day.
Brixton holds 4,000 so that's 16,000 tickets gone in minutes - unbelievable!

hello all. Sorry to see a few of you got screwed by the crap websites that were selling tickets . I nearly thought I hadn't gotten any, took 15 minutes of hitting refresh every 2 secs! Well, due to having 5 opera windows open desperately trying to get tickets i now have spares from multiple buys. I only have a few but if you're interested drop me an email. Hey I cant help feeling ive been done like a kipper on buying my tickets from ebay, you can get two tickets for most nights (at brixton)for 200 max, 1 ticket for as little as 70. I no its steep but theres no way im gonna miss em. Happy hunting, at least you know where al the tickets went!! those touts want there legs slapped!!

i'm writing from maryland, usa, where i live. planning on flying to somewhere in the dakotas (grand forks?) and renting a car, driving across the border with my buddy.

anybody have advice on a cheap flight destination, not too far away? we'd drive a day no problem.

we're going to try to catch the full tour, except for coachella. i'm going to take pictures, and write a travelogue book about it.

i'm pretty sure i'll be travelling from further away than anyone else here, anybody wanna try to match 1554.98 miles (mapquest, from my door to burton cummings)?

will be up at the break of dawn, working the internet to get tickets, but just in case, thought i'd speak up, can i get added to the list of desperate fans y'all are working on? i'd be happy to contribute whatever i can, and pass on cool pictures and stories i'll be collecting.

Sorry about posting this under two topic headings, but I didn't realize that people were asking about the upcoming Canadian shows.

Is anyone buying extra tickets for this show? I've got my sister lining up for it and I'll be calling, but I'm a little worried after hearing about how quickly Calgary sold out. I've already purchased airline tickets to Victoria for this and I don't want them to go to waste.

We'll see what we can do about getting extra tickets for other people if we can, but is anyone willing to buy a few extras (and after seeing what happened with Calgary, it's a guarantee that you won't be stuck with extras)?

There are 6 of us heading to Victoria for this and any help would be greatly appreciated.

It was insane how fast the tickets sold in Winnipeg (I hit "look for tickets" at exactly 10AM!!!)! I really would like 3 tickets, 2-4 is acceptable, but 3 is what I'm looking for.

I was on the ticketswest website at 8:55 this morning refreshing until the buy button came up. I selected three tickets and hit "buy," was confirmed that I did have the tickets for six minutes, but I needed to register. I quickly filled out the form and hit submit, only to find the site went down in the process. By the time it came back up it was too slow and crashy to get anything to go through. Then I called and 45 minutes later was told "tough luck"...I'm not kidding. We then called a friend who went down to Safeway. The lady said there were two tickets and he said "OK." She then said, "Sorry, they're gone now." Ugh!

I was the first guy in line, and had been since 6.30. The ticketmaster lady opened about 30 seconds late, and yes, they were all gone. I can't wait to kill all the scalpers in Vancouver who think its hilarious to sell tickets with a 150% markup. But I digress. If I don't see you there--enjoy the show.

I am a long time fan of Frank and the Pixies - I saw the Pixies more than once "back in the day", and my heart is all but broken over the thought of missing seeing them again.

Thought I was gonna get lucky when I was the only one at a local tickets.com kiosk this morning (wisely didn't trust the phone/web, which shut out my wife and several others trying). Got tix in my cart, went to check out...then blew it and dumped the cart by accident. Of course it was sold out when I tried again.

I'm a veteran fan who'd LOVE to see them in a small venue one more time. If there's a saint out there with two extra tickets, please email me. I'm pretty desperate to go.

I called UC Davis ticket office 2 weeks ago and was told the tickets went on sale on the 10th - had no idea it was this morning! I feel SO DUMB and wanted 4 tickets (but I'd settle for 2! or even 1!) very, very badly ...

I have something to offer: anyone who can find me the tickets without paying a ridiculous scalper price has a place to stay after the show in beautiful Sacramento, CA. My home is 20 minutes from Davis, and I have 2 spare bedrooms in a beautiful 1920 bungalow, one with a bed and one with an air mattress, and if I'm motivated I'll even make you breakfast the next morning!

The house is comfortable, my family is very friendly, you can smoke and drink on our lovely back patio, there are no rules except one against wearing shoes indoors.

I'm a long-time FB/Pixies fan who's been heartbroken by his inability to get tickets for the Davis show. As crazy as this forum can get, I figured it was worth a shot asking for tickets on here.

Anyway, I need two tickets for the Davis show. I really want to go, and I don't want to have to pay insane eBay money, or to pay insane jerks on eBay. I'm pretty disgusted by the whole greedy scalper cycle. I'd be willing to pay a large sum for these tickets, i'd just much rather do it through a real fan who needs the cash than some fucking ticket agency.

I'd also be interested in trading, or sweeting the deal, with any of the following -

1 floor seet to David Bowie's upcoming concert at the FleetCenter in Boston.
1 ticket to the very sold out Darkness show at Lupo's in Providence.

I'm also willing to sweeten the deal with bootlegs. I have plenty of Stooges, Beach Boys, Pixies, Breeders, Throwing Muses, Radiohead, R.E.M, Byrds, White Stripes and They Might Be Giants wackiness for whoever would be willing to sell tickets to me, both in audio and video form.

Hi there, desperately looking for reasonably priced Pixies tickets. I've seen them going for $380!!! I don't know about you, but some of us have to pay the rent and simply can't afford that lunacy!

Looking for at least ONE (1) ticket to the Edmonton show or TWO (count em' 2) for a Calgary or Vancouver show. I'm willing to scrimp some air miles together and catch a plane to vancity or bus to Calgary.

I was simply choked that they sold out so fast! How tragic that the Pixies come to Edmonton of all places and I can't even get tickets. I even begged the Red's staff to acquire tickets but that was in vain :S

After reading through the posts here for weeks, I have finally decided to post. After hearing about the reunion last fall, I have been patiently waiting the word on a tour. As luck would have it, they had to go on sale while I was out of town (on a horrible family vacation, no less) and I just wanted to scream when I heard the news.

I live in Minneapolis and, I think I can safely say, I am the only DJ in the Twin Cities who plays the Pixies every single week! I have adored them since I first heard them (like everyone else, I know) and have been hooked since high school, back in the early nineties. This is one of those things that I had thought I could never experience (alongside seeing bands like Joy Division live, for obvious reasons) and have been kicking myself for not treking to see them in Madison back in high school (I'm originally from a small Wisconsin town, yee ha!).

I know, everyone here has their own sob story, and I am absolutely prepared to sit in front of the Fine Line with a sign and cry until I get in, but please consider supporting a local DJ who doesn't play the latest top 40 crap and adores the same music that makes you live and breathe.

In case it makes you feel any better...

I just talked to my friend today who is close with several employees at the Fine Line. Turns out that they made their employees buy tickets if they wanted to attend (ie. no guest list for the club employees at all). Obviously, no one will be charged to show up for work, but I thought I would pass along that juicy tidbit. Especially as employees have had free reign in the past to put friends, enemies and anyone else they want on the guest list for any show- yes, even those pesky Clear Channel productions.

Someone else at the Fine Line told me The Pixies have a guest list of 200. Wish I had a relative with those connections.

I've easily gotten rid of my other extras to friends and co-workers, but for some reason no one wants to touch the Boise tickets. Poor Boise. Show the Boise folks you care and buy my tickets!

FINE PRINT: I am not attending this show, yes, just like everyone else I know. But it's no disrespect to Boise, it's just that I'm going to several other shows and Boise is too far out of the way from the others I'm going to. Since I will not be there, I can not meet in Boise before the show to sell the tickets. The buyer must be willing to send me the money for the tickets or meet up in person in Seattle sometime BEFORE April 20. I leave town on my Pixies Tour-O-Rama the 20th and will be gone until after the Boise show. Therefore, if the buyer is sending money, they must be willing to send it RIGHT AWAY, like NOW, in order for me to get it and be able to send the tickets back to them so they have the tickets for the show on the 25th. If the buyer prefers a quick shipping method, such as 2 day or overnight, I'll be happy to do that, but buyer pays for shipping. If you are in Canada, I'd appreciate some guidance on who to send through to avoid customs charges and problems (USPS is best for that I think but am not sure). I'll accept money orders or, if you want to quicken things, I'll check into PayPal. When I have payment, I'll send the tickets. This has got to move fast, only 12 days to the Boise show! Please be willing to check your email often or give me a number to easily contact you at. Sorry to sound difficult, but I'm just trying to clear some things up at the beginning, so this transaction will go quickly and the buyer will get their tickets in time.

Alright, alright, I've finally come to terms with the fact that I will not be able to get to Spokane for the show this weekend. I have four (4) tickets to the show at the Big Easy and I'll let them go for . . . I don't know, around $30 a piece plus money for priority mail? I'll do first come/first serve, but if someone gets to me late (before I put them in the mail) with an offer I can't refuse, I probably won't be able to refuse it . . . Write for all four, two, or whatever. I'll do my best to be fair.
So, I'm writing this Wednesday, April 21, at 1:15 EDT, and I'll put them in the mail tomorrow so they can get to their destinations. A super fucking awesome guy from sanjose named john! he hooked me up with tickets @ cost for spokane. he had traded 2 tickets for 2 davis tickets and the jackass that was to send him the davis tickets sent him a unsealed envople saying the tickets must have fallen out! Update: Sold. An FYI for those of you who can't get rid of your brixton tickets via this board (I receieved no interested parties through here), try selling them for cost on ebay UK. I asked for my cost plus the hefty shipping fee it will cost me to ship them via fedex priority, and sold my extras right away through the buy-it-now feature. Just an option for those of you, who like me cannot make the show and have no other simple means of selling the tickets.

I actually started this thread over 3 months ago with a plea for a ticket to any of the Brixton shows. It has become one of the most popular threads in the forum funnily enough!

I managed to get tickets, but I now find that I can't go to the Wed show due to unforeseen circumstances. I managed to get a ticket for the Friday as well, so I'm going then instead...but I need to sell my 2 Wed tickets. They are standing stalls tickets. I am looking to re-coup my losses in getting them obviously, but would rather they go to someone on here.

I'm looking for a couple of floor tickets to any of the NYC Hammerstien Ballroom shoes. I'd love to have tix to the 12/14 show (w/BROKEN SOCIAL SCENE!), but I'd settle for any of the dates. I'd be willing to pay (not too much, now) over face value and all shipping to make it worth you're while.
I saw them in Atlanta, and I can't get enough. I want to see them as many times as I can. I can't believe I could remember ALL of the words, but I did. I got into the Pixies late, and I honestly never thought I would see them play live. And then I did. Life is pretty surprising sometimes.
