If the Pixies have never played your city, let us know about it here. They are currently looking to visit places in the US that they have never before played. Venue suggestions are welcome, too.

Are they aiming to play the Doolittle set in every city in the entire world?

I googled how many cities there are in the world, and apparently there are 2469501!

Which I guess makes it a kind of impossible task.

I get the feeling this would be the last hurrah of the Doolittle tour and I think the idea is they were looking for cities in the US that they hadn't been rather than repeating the show somewhere like NYC.

Long Island Press - Paramount Theatre in Huntington to Debut With Elvis Costello.

Tickets for the Friday, Sept. 30 show and six other big-name acts
running the gamut of genres—including The B-52s, Pat Benatar,
Blue Oyster Cult, Jack’s Mannequin, Weird Al Yankovic and
NOFX—go on sale 10 a.m. Friday. The announcement comes a
month after the Pixies became the first band to start selling tickets
for a concert in November at the theatre.
