Wow, the tab section is back from the darkness.
I'll give it a try and I'll post here if I find something

Death Horizon

[Intro]
Dsus4

[Verse 1]
     G B
This drink is tranquilizing
C G
 Just look at us two
B C G D
Asleep at the beach at Waikiki
     G B
So I find it very surprising
C A
 He's coming to you
         G D G D/F#
But I am thankful that he helped me to see

[Chorus]
    Em Am
You say he's not around
D G
 Aw, would you please
     Em Am
I've seen you looking down
   D C C/B
At me

[Verse 2]
         G B
Have you seen the death horizon?
C G
 Just there out of view
B C G D
Way low in the sky beyond the sea
          G B
And I can feel that the temperature's rising
C Am
 But what can ya do?
            G D G D/F#
'Cause that death horizon gonna burn you right through

[Chorus]
    Em Am
You say he's not around
D G
 Aw, would you please
     Em Am
I've seen you looking down
   D C D
At me

[Verse 3]
         G B
Have you seen the death horizon?
C G
 Just there out of view
B C G
Way low in the sky beyond the sea

I truly great song. I have some theories on the meaning but who knows?

As someone who can barely strum, does anyone have any tips on the B chord? I always have trouble with that one.

Thank you picpic and JoshIAm for posting.

BF often plays B chord 22444x (you can forget the last string)

I think a real power whord should be X244XX or X2444X but I noticed BF almost never mutes the first string when he plays power chords.

One chord in that doesn't sound right: the D/F# at the end of the verses. Also, don't think Frank would be that lazy to cadence out on a G, then a D, then a G and then just another form of D, there'd be zero tension there.

I'd bet the farm that after the bar of G on "helped me to see", he turns that into a G7 for two beats and then the bass drops to F# on that same chord for two more beats, making G7/F#. So both the F in G7 and the F# bass drop down to E for the chorus; classical it ain't, but who cares when it's that tasty.

Guitar voicing that sounds best to this ear is:
G7: 353463
G7/F#: 25x46x

Allen Ginsberg says you got no soul. The ancient Egyptians say you got seven of these bastards, and Pharaohs got fourteen, what they get for being Pharaohs.
