The sauces look delicious too. Do you have a variety of spice levels or are they all pretty hot? I can handle about two to three habaneros along with a few serranos in a stir fry but that's usually my limit.
so far i just have 2 different kinds. the habanero and the roasted jalapeño one. the hab is definitely more hot. i love hot and can handle super hot stuff but actually like the jalapeño one better. has a more complex flavor from the roasting i think. i actually did add some habaneros to that one too
