Basically the idea is that the face that Frank refers to throughout the song is the Wal-Mart smiley face.

I don’t know if there are Wal-Marts where you are, and I don’t know if the company still has the smiley face logo, but that’s the theory.

Since they were playing at the Wal-Mart center it seemed to be as good a place as any to bust out that song.

Not sure how Frank feels in 2018 about Wal-Mart.

thanks for explaining.

i had no idea walmart is/was using a smiley face in their logo.
as far as i know, they don't exist in belgium.

The song was written after FBF noticed the ubiquity of Wal-Mart semi trucks on the highways late at night as he and The C's were driving from town to town in their outer space igloo van on their DIY tours...
