So. It bemused me recently to find two tracks that I really like with the same name.
'Two Step' by Low
'Two Step' by Throwing Muses

I keep wanting to sing "Two step, around the room" where it should be "two step, behind the rest". It even fits.

Is there any more of these?

So, I finally got my X-Wing

Revolution by The Cult and The Beatles (and Bob Marley, and a million others, I'm sure).
Hello, Goodbye by the Beatles and NoMeansNo.
Tired Of Waiting by NoMeansNo and the Kinks.
Add It Up by the Kinks and Violent Femmes.

I'm stuck.

'Sometimes there's a realization
That we ain't gettin' anywhere with the present situation'

'Hello? Is there anybody out there?

Other than you!

I know people who tell me 'shut up about NoMeansNo already.'

I'm surprised I've only mentioned them twice. They are in my profile, and I know at least one other member who thinks highly of them.

I endlessly reiterate.

how about "behind the wall of sleep" - two totally different songs, one by black sabbath, one by the smithereens. can two bands be further divergent than that?

Desert Island - XTC and the Magnetic Fields
Wishful Thinking - The Ditty Bops and Laura Cantrell (and I think Laura's version is a cover, but I can't recall the original artist just now)
Seven Days - Cracker, the Fastbacks, and possibly Frank Black (I haven't heard the song yet, so I have no idea whether I'll like it)

I thought of another one just a minute ago but can't remember. It was another Frank one I think.
I'll tell you when I remember.
