FB&tC played it around during DITS tour (at least).

by a band named Angst
they inspired frank a lot
(so he says)
he even tried to buy the rights to their songs
so he could bring it out on cd (SST wouldn't do that, said frank)
this all comes from a dutch interview I read

the song is recorded by the catholics in the DW-era and
is listed on the tracklist of one of the b-sides compilations
frank anounced here

That song is called "Some Things I Can't Get Used To" by Angst. I think it's on the "Mending Wall" LP, though I could be wrong (haven't heard it for ages). Good band from San Francisco. I saw them play a few times.

Wasn't that the last one? They started out great (the 12" EP on Happy Squid) and progressively went south.

BLT - I dunno. Their 12" on Happy Squid wasn't all that great, but Mending Wall and Lite Life are fucking classics, Mystery Spot is pretty good, and Cry for Happy is pretty bleh (it has a really good instrumental on it that kind of sounds like Tossed).
