Oh yeah, big time. There's alternatives here though at least: Costa and Coffee Republic are OK, Caffe Nero is my favourite. They put double the espresso in all coffees and use only fair trade.
They maka the good coffee, ah? as they don't say in Italy.

I can't quite understand the bile against Caffe Nero, Mike. The coffee's much better than elsewhere and the cafes are usually really nice.
Somebody was nasty to you in there right? Aaw. Or you got turned down by a cute barista?
