my gf and i were joking about how it would be funny to have a concrete, life-sized sculpture of Frank in your garden (instead of Mary or St. Francis).
i'm curious if anyone has excessive Frank Black or Pixies paraphenilla around the house. i don't really have much actually, but i recently got a gigantic TOTY poster that i'm going to frame, which will be absurdly huge.

I could sculpt some up for the forum. I could even make some where he's riding a giant goose or a deer. You know, like they do. In yards. Here in the midwest.
For a little dough to cover expenses, of course. And maybe some extra, cause it's creepy. |

apl, that would be awesome. But he'd have to be playing his Takamine acoustic (w/ a hole in it)...also, i think it would be hilarious for him to have one of those shit-eating grins you often see on the garden gnomes. but his would have to appear as more of a "I am the shit and I know it" grin.

Personally, and mainly for aesthetical reasons, I'd prefer a sculpture of yourself, Jen, riding the proud horse of Freedom and Creativity.
You know, something like this:

I have a smallish poster for SHOW ME YOUR TEARS over my desk (from lovely Ten Percenter) and in my kitchen area (cause I live in a studio - everything is an "area") I have a framed picture of Frank and McDave on stage from the show I went to London along with my ticket stub from the show. It's very small and subtle though!

In order for it to be a shrine, he would have to be dead.

i don't have a life size sculpture of frank but if i could sculpt i would probably make a few. but i do have a nice picture collage of frank above my ping pong table in the basement. when him and the catholics were in town last year i was fortunate enough to get some photos with the man and my wife and he signed my orange and toty cd sleeves. plus a guy i sold a ticket too was a professional photographer and he got some amazing pics of the show. so i put it all together and made a very lovely fb collage. plus when you go downstairs whatever happened to pong is playing 24/7.
when i was single i used to have a gigantic version of a toty poster in my room (i think it scared away too many females and as a result i didn't get laid for long time). my wife suggested i give it away to a friend. but i do have a nice cult of ray german tour poster in my computer room next to a poster of wayne gretzky the great one.
i also have a cult of ray sticker on my work out water bottle that the fabulous dave noisy sent me for joining the fb club.

So who are these other musicians whom Frank is going around beheading and stealing their life-essences?
Take me, break me, tell me a good one and maybe I'll cry

Well, Kim, Joey, and Dave, of course! Why do you think he reunited the Pixies?

I can't sculpt but I make some good homemade soaps, so you guys have given me an idea. If I finish it I'll post some pics.
