Wow, Carolyn, that was a weak attempt. Was there a rule about listing artists who've had a recording career for at least twice as long as Avril has been alive and kicking? What about all the new amazing Canadian bands? Broken Social Scene, the Unicorns, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Do Make Say Think, the Dears, New Pornographers, Metric, Jim Guthrie, Stars, the Stills, etc, etc, etc.
Try harder next time grrl!
