This guy is very weird....but quite awesome....I have come acquainted with him because he will be opening for Jon Spencer Blues Explosion this summer...and wow, I am looking forward to seeing him in action. Have any of you heard of this guy and have a little background? If not, follow the link, check out his video 'Boob Scotch' and gimme your thoughts:

I ran across this guy through a Tom Waits quote (http://tomwaits.radicalwacko.com/). I haven't heard enough to make a judgement call on his music, but he certainly seems a little strange.

I have seen him live. He is very entertaining and his music is pretty good. Some of it gets a bit samey but you never get bored 'cos he is such an entertainer. He always asks for volunteers from the crowd, so get a few drinks down you before you go and keep him happy.
He also sells his own merch after his gigs. Have a chat with him, he's a nice guy.

I've seen him live 3 times and have been listening to him for about 5 years. He's awesome. The first time I saw him was without his helmet because the airline he flew in on lost it. He ended up using some curved piece of clear plastic instead.
