I can dig that, but how come it was supposedly released on
Oct 12th and it has already been deleted from all record stores I've called on the East Coast US. It seemed like the record was black balled or something.
Someone please enlighten me.

Did any one read the review for FBF in the Mojo? (Johnny Cash on cover)
it's amazing! 4 stars! That's the same amount of stars Brian Wilson Presten SMiLE got and the last Eliott Smith!

| People in the other thread were talking about how Frank was being a little bit bitchy about the media. Well considering that they praise his crappiest record, ever, to high heaven, but have ignored the rest of his outstanding catalogue is reason enough to be disenfranchised with these people. I like your signature Bill. How come Frank gets to be bitchy but not us, huh? Only teasing. |

Really? I've seen it at three different stores since its release. And I'm an east coast kid.
As to reviews, Entertainment Weekly gave it a B+, which is high marks in their rag. And yes, I did just admit to reading EW. Let the mocking begin. |

Well mojo is into fbf seccond disc
the two pale boys stuff
they are the kind of magazine who likes that kind of music
and I guess they don't really look at the past
SMYT also got 4 stars
I mean how the f. can SMYT and FBF be ranked equally
FBF had a quarter page review
SMYT had a little piece
.......
but I'm always happy when Frank gets attention
if there will be a new pixies album it will be sure the Album of the month in every magazine
wether it's good or not

For some reason, All the stores I call in VA have deleted FBF from their lists. As if the label pulled it. Who knows?
