Remember when they were purple? Up until about 1997 I think. And then they switched to that really wacky graffiti design for a few years, then switched to the current one, which is the blandest design they've ever had. I think it tasted best when it was the wacky graffiti design, but purple wasn't bad, either. Maybe I'm just getting old.
PS - I'm talkin' about the label here, not the actual liquid. Just thought I should clarify that, what with all you drug users on here who are a bit slow on the draw.
My mothers boyfriend has a mate a senior chemist for Coke in Italy. He´s sworn to secrecy but will say he wouldn´t drink it if his life depended on it.
When you follow the money back far enough they´re made by the same good folks who give us Coke and far from having been dryroasted or ever having seen an oven are laced with a cocktail of volatile chemicals that zing around your mouth and tell your tastebuds you´re experiencing dryroasted peanuts. Or maybe I´m flying British Midlands too much.
How about those weird drinks that were around for a brief period called Orbitz...and they had little floating balls of...well im not too sure what the balls were made of...Solent green i believe. Does anyone remember...? they came in two flavours I believe... Yellow and Orange...
