| Hey guys. Well, long flight, lots of smelly hippies and a town that closes EVERYTHING at 6PM... hmmmmm... they better be good tonight. I'm logging in at a crappy computer at a crappy internet cafe that hasn't felt it nessesary to upgrade ANYTHING in 5 years, so even this post is a struggle. I think the airport has wireless access, so if i get a chance I will power up the laptop tomorrow morning and give a report. |

| Now now, Luxowell....I'm a resident of this hippie-laden town, and though I diss it a lot, I can't help but jump to its defense when an outlander insults it. It's not so bad here. Frank Black's girlfriend lives here, for one. And in the summer, when the college kids leave, it's pretty sweet and peaceful. And EVERYTHING is NOT closed at Six. It's closed at NINE. |

lol...sorry man... lets call it an outsider not knowing where to go...
ok, at any rate. Good show! One of the top 5 I've ever seen as a matter o fact.
they didn't acknowledge the crowd much though. Frank almost lost his guitar during one song, and kim forgot the words to the second verse of Gigantic, so frank had to come over and remind her. All and all, great show. |

oh yeah, and they were REALLY cracking down on people with cameras. I got a few shots, but only 1 turned out. I got brave and took a few durring the last song of the encore... and a cop ran up to me, snatched my camera, and scared the hell out of me.
he gave me a coat check ticket and said i could get it back when the show was over |
