Is anyone here going to the Reykjavik show?
If yes, can you tell me a little bit more about the venue, it's location, capacity, and if tickets are still available? I cannot find this info in English anywhere, so any links would also be helpful.

yeah i'm going there :)
The venue (Kaplakriki) is actually in a suburb of Reykjavík called Hafnarfjörður, about 15-20 minutes from downtown Reykjavík. It has a capacity of around 2500. Tickets for the 5/26 show sold out in an hour, but then they added another show on the 25th, and tickets for that will go on sale on April 30th. I'm still wondering if seeing both shows is worth the money (tix cost 4500 ISK, just over 60 USD)
Not much info on the venue online, it's just a handball court by day (kind of sucks, but all of the big concerts we get are held in handball arenas :(
The only link i found that might become useful is www.destiny.is , the website of the organizer, although it hasn't been updated for a while and there's no mentioning of the Pixies there yet
