Anyone heard this album? It may be the best thing I've ever heard. Jeff Tweedy is a god. One of the very best songwriters of all time. His lyrics, man. Second to none. And the melodies. Somehow he's more 'Beatles' than the Beatles themselves.
It'll be out on June 22, I think. |

I haven't heard it but Hotel Yankee Foxtrot has recently become one of my favorite albums so I'm really looking forward to it.

I saw them last August and they put on one hell of a show. But it was either right before or right after Radiohead, so I was either too excited or too spent to fully appreciate it. I'd like to give them another fair chance, but now that I've seen Pixies, chances are slim.

So all of you who are downloading it are donating your money like you're supposed to, right?

I was meaning to start a thread about Wilco, specifically - Has anyone heard the album they did with Billy Bragg? I'm not a huge Wilco fan, can't say I've listened to them a lot though, but i really like BB. Just wondering?
Why is 'monosyllabic' such a long word? |

Okay. I figured it out. I got it onto a CD. Giving it a test run. I like it much much. I'm excited to buy the CD so I can really listen to it. |
