| Has this been asked? Does anyone know how soon after the show until web orders are filled and shipped? I know it will not be tonight, but a few days? When the entire tour is over? |

My emails don't say when they will ship. I bought the first night and Indio (Coachella). So I don't know.

If that is true, that is BS. I paid $22 for this CD (not to mention it cost 5 dollars for the shipping) and if they aren't going to mail the April 13 show out until 18 days after, that's messed up. Meaning I'll probably have to wait 3 weeks to get my copy. I'd expect it to take at least a week, but three weeks? Argh.
I guess I'll wait for the official word before I get impatient.

| For what it's worth, you can check the status of your order by going to their webpage and clicking on Previous Orders. It will tell you if it's shipped yet or not. I ordered Winnipeg and it hasn't shipped, not that I expected it to yet. |

I wasn't sure if they were going to ship you the copy or if you could pick it up after the show. I still don't know if you can pick up your copy after the show.

I have sent them two questions and not heard back.
One thing I find humorous -- I bought a voucher in Minneapolis but decided to not wait in line for one afterward. So okay, of course you're supposed to be able to go online and enter your order number from your receipt so they can ship it to you. Thing is, my order number starts with three really weird characters, like some weird "i" with an umlaut, a chevron (the ">>" thing) and an upside down question mark. There is no way they are expecting anyone to figure out how to type his. Anyway, anyone else finding this? That's one of the questions I e-mailed them with, waiting on a response. |

| I have yet to hear back from them. I would think the bulk of their workforce may be following the Pixies around or at least the inventory of CDs. Patience, yes. I can wait if I have too, but I would like it in a relatively short amount of time from the date of the show. Otherwise, why did I order 3 at seperate times and pay shipping on each. They should have told us from the start if they would ship so many hours after the show or at the end of the Warm-Up Tour. |

I will ask Jake tonight if he's around, but after seeing their setup, I imagine that they wouldn't be able to ship until after Coachella. Otherwise, I'll ask him tomorrow at the show.

Tell Jake his discs are great! I can't believe how great they sound. On top of it they were distributed a few minutes after the show. If it wasn't for him, we'd all be listening to some crappy bootleg.

You recently contacted DiscLive Support regarding 'Pixies Live Ship dates'. We have just responded with the following message:
Your order will ship approximately one week after the show date.

One week sounds good. I think I'm gonna order one of the Edmonton show (Oilers fan) since I can't get Minneapolis. |

I tried to track mine (for Minneapolis) but it came up with nothing. If they have fucked up my order I will not be happy, not happy at all!!!

One week isn't too bad.
How the heck do these guys master, package, and duplicate 500 CDs so quickly? Did you guys who bought them at the show have to wait long at all?

Proverbial Cereal: No and yes!
The discs are roughly available fifteen minutes after the house lights go up but there was an immense line-up in Winnipeg to get your disc. The line-up was about a block long but once the distribution started it went quickly enough. |

Jake said they will for sure be shipping after Coachella, but they're doing their best to get discs out as soon as possible and will try to send earlier if they can, so if you get yours before then, bonus, but don't count on it.
