It's baffles me how many people's sole purpose of posting on newsgroups and message boards is to be a complete dickhole. Honestly. And I have to say, to all the detractors of The Swimmer and his many pseudonyms/aliases, the guy isn't all that bad compared to what is out there on most other message boards. I'd go as far as saying he's strictly amusing, and insightful in a weird way. I mean, on the Ween forum, it's just bad. You post anything about any subject, or you're bound to get a negative response that basically say "you're a fucking moron" and not much beyond that. They all think they're so clever and hardcore. They're probably the types where if you were to confront them with a half-assed macho facade in real life, they'd piss their pants and run home crying to mommy. But online, they think they're badasses. I'm flabbergasted by the lack of that behavior on the FB.net. I don't know what it is about this forum and it's subjects that has hindered that type of behaviour so typical of people online, but I gotsta say, it's very nice, because I post on these things to share my interests and obsessions with people and see what they think about it, not to deal with flaming and negavitivity. Let's just hope it stays that way.

I imagine it takes a certain level of intellect to fully appreciate Frank Black's music, as obvious as this may seem, so the people who would frequent a place like this tend to be tolerant, cool and interesting. Which obviously makes for a cool place.

Of course I was supporting Monaco, I am a PSG fan but also a chauvinist 
Yeah, it was incredible, I really didn't expect them to win. They were definitely better. I didn't see the other match (Arsenal/Chelsea). I would have loved to see Arsenal win that one (mainly because of Henry) but I didn't really care about the score.
It will be difficult to beat Chelsea!

I have to agree, I too have been on avarious amount of forums, but left quite soon after (with the exception of one)..
I do think that it is purelybecause they would be out numbered, and there are a very few amount of people who would actually find such behaviour amusing, and therefore very few whowould encourage such characters - bullies need to do so in a pack..that they wont find here.

Can you believe it? I certainly can't and I bet they can't either.

What a shame that Arsehole aren't going to come close to Notts Forest record for consecutive wins. Owen seems to be in form and will show Thierry how to finish this weekend. Although I think Henry still remembers how to score just isn't at the crucial time.
