I can see the headlines already:
"PixiesMusic Announces Fall US/Canada Dates.." :)
Nice work on that, Davey.

Austin City Limits, sweet. I think the Catholics fit better on ACL than the Pixies, but it'll still be good. |

is austin city limits the pbs show of the same name? the're going to tape an austin city limits???? if so,i agree with darwin about the catholics being a more traditional fit for the show, but the pixies playing would be wild. |

They are INTIAL dates which seems to suggest more dates to come. It seems to me that New York and hopefully Boston would fall somewhere around that Georgia date. Just drive up the coast to us, Frank! |

Beck played with the Flaming Lips once so the Pixies might fit in. That would be really cool if they taped it.

Still patiently waiting for New York City and Philadelphia. I am hoping in the gap in October where they aren't playing any shows yet. If not, for my birthday in December would be nice. |

Looks like Nov. 12 to be the night for Milwaukee or Madison.. (just had to put that thought out there)
I would hope Rich can come in to play steel for the ACL show...that would put it over the top.

Is that 'initial' as in, the possibility of UK dates to be announced, do you think?

mr cheese, i would definitely think more UK dates will be released. they cannot just stick to brixton. i dunno when they'll be, but i would definitely bank on there being more.
