So i couldnt help picking this album up, i know, ANOTHER comp, but having new tracks kinda makes it hard to resist. Its a good disc, probably the most expansive of the comps in terms of time period. has all their hits plus the two new tracks , "real good looking boy" being my fav. of the two. Anyways, two thumbs up from me, as long as they dont put another comp out for another decade or so.

Which one are you talking about? I could use a good Who comp don't know which one to go with. At least they don't have as many as Kiss to think how god awful Kiss is and how many times they've rereleased the same tired ass material.

Ever see the Spike Lee joint Summer Of Sam? Great use of popular Who songs in that film. The Baba O'Riley montage rocks.

IMO "Meaty Beaty Big & Bouncy" is the definitive Who comp. All the songs are pre-1971, but that's the best stuff anyway. I wore that record out when I was growing up and still love it.

As for the regular albums, "Sell Out" is my fave. Get the MCA reissue with the ton of extra tracks.

I would recommend buying Quadraphenia over any comp. It's a great album with very few "hits". The Who in their prime. Although I will say, it's one of those albums that takes awhile to get used to. But once you do, it's great. But if you're just a casual Who fan, maybe just buy a comp.
