I love that quote!!
"It's easy. You draw a red line on the ground, right? Then you wait for a chicken to come along. When he arrives, he puts his beak right on the line and he's hypnotized!"
Ahahaha, oh, Joey...

What composer were the Pixies planning on teaming up with until they found out he was brutally murdered?
A)Barry Sadler (Of the Green Berets) B)Harold Arlen [Hyman Arluck] C)Peter Ivers D)Youssef Sebti
(Also, all of the people on the list were indeed murdered, so you're not going to find out that way.)

Wow, that was a guess. It just looked right, you know?
I guess we're on about £250,000. Someone else do a question, I'm holding out for the million....

Frank Black, when interviewed in Guitarist Magazine said that the Pixies were thinking of calling the song 'Is She Weird'...
A) Is She Wired? B) Is She Iggy? C) Is She Queer? D) Is She Dave?
You've used two of your lifelines...you still have your phone-a-friend...
Now you don't have to answer this question - you can choose to leave with the £125,000 you've already won, however if you were to answer this question incorrectly you would loose £93,000.

I'm so sorry Edwina but you've just lost £93,000. If you'd said D 'Is She Dave?' i'd be handing you a cheque now for £250,000. It was a reference to the fact that the Pixies were thinking of getting David Bowie in to play the saxophone on that track.
Anyway you still go away with £32,000.
Please give her a big round of applause ladies and gents.

Ohhh... well, I guess I didn't deserve that money: I didn't have a clue about the saxophone deal. In any case £32,000 is better than a kick in the teeth, inn'it? I could go travelling... thanks a lot. |
