Thank you, i'm glad that cover at least touched one person in a good way (yeah yeah, quit yer dirty thinking!) That was my one hope. My band's site was temporarily dismantled because, well, it sucked horrid ass. A new one is in the works, but if you visit the link, i've thrown up something simple and temporary for the time being. Basically a list of our upcoming shows (w/ more to be posted soon.) There are some mp3s up there too...though nothing quite as raucous as the Rock Music cover (god I love that song)

I can see why these kinds of threads have been outlawed...coz you have self-aggrandizing dickheads like myself starting em up. Oh well, i just felt that 1000 was a milestone worth mentioning. I don't know if I'll ever reach 2000

when you say 'post' do you mean no starting threads about it? i mean if someone had just posted their 100,000th post and i was reply to it (in an unrelated thread) could i not congratulate them there or should we never, ever mention each others post numbers?

We could just keep this thread alive and congratulate people as they get there. Aren't there going to be a lot of people reaching 1000 in the next few weeks? This could be the YAY, 1000 POSTS! thread.

Yeah, Dean should never have gotten that "10 miles to Saskatoon" tattoo. Now he's totally unable to go anywhere that isn't 10 miles from Saskatoon. He was warned that that tattoo parlor was cursed, but did he listen? No!

Heh, you've got to admit that the 10 mile radius from Saskatoon is possibly the best 10 mile ring known to man. People cheer when I do the 10 mile thing on highway 11.
You sure are right about that tattoo parlour though, what a mistake. I wanted the guy to tattoo individual layers of skin so I could flip numbers by flipping the layer of skin and go to all sorts of exotic locales within a 99 mile radius of Saskatoon. I suppose I could get a third digit tattooed if I ever wanted to get any further...

I'm gonna take a pro-active step (bearing in mind it was my idea, not ramona's!), and congratulate people as they reach the milestone here, rather than having somebody create another new thread for it.
