i was bored before so i had a look at the members page and noticed that the UK is severely underrepresented in the high-roller posters stakes, with only 5 in the top 35.
is this because the UK is way behind in the net craze, FB not as widly known here, or that people in the UK actually have lives, so don't feel as much need to have pretend friends?
i also noticed that only 13 of the top 35 registered during September 2002, the time of inception of the wondrous forum.
so i therefore ask from those late comers *snigger* where did you find out about fb.net? *snigger*
(correct me if i'm wrong here) also, 5 of the top 11 posters are female, but no more appear in the top 35....what to make of that?
anyone want to develope a mathmatical formula describing said facts?

I would go with the fact that brits have lives. haha.
And also, Id like to say that a few days ago I was actually in that top 35...but ya know, no computer and all...
I joined after sept 2002 - Cant remeber how i found this place, stumbled across it, think i was looking for something about fb - cant remeber what, a track listing or something along those lines to something or other.
As the biggest geek thus far, I should make a mathematical formula, but im not good with that stuff...
But if you think about it logically, there are much fewer women in to FB, and less still ones that are mad enough about him to join a forum...so its just to do with the male and female ratio. I guess.

how can you be the biggest geek of the forum and not like maths?

Hmm, I hadn't looked at that before. I'm actually number 29. I didn't think I was that high, really.
The UK is probably less represented for the simple fact that it has less people. Not that the forum is a random sample, but still.
Join the Culf of Buttoms / Correctly spelled cults are so passé. |

Haha, yeah, if i made up a result, I think id make up one a bit better than that.
Anyway, as me and jim were discussing earlier, there are many forms of geeks, and i am not a computer geek nor a maths geek - because I know nothing about either.
I dont know how I got that result, I think it had some thing to do with the geek party Qetc...I dont know!! Pretty normal stuff I thought, - apparently not.

er..I dont know, I guess im more of a book geek, but not majorly, I mean I love to read, but not as much as I used to...dont have the time. Erm...I dont know, id say its more the things I think about and go and do, like I used to do all sorts of stupid things, and things if I couldnt work them out would bug the hell out of me until I did...(except maths)...But thats not really geeky, just usual.
I mean thinking about it, i am more geeky than my friends.
I dont think theres a label for my breed of geek yet. haha
