whats really confusing is where they're playing on the bill... before The Strokes?!
it looks that way from the NME.com reports.. they'll blow em off the stage, just like New Order did with Garbage at Reading a few years ago...
from the looks of the official site it appears pixies are on before the strokes too. hardly surprising. but the strokes are going to look a bit silly if they come on and play this is it after the pixies finish with where is my mind... heh no doubt half the crowd will believe this new pixies band ripped the strokes of anyway though...
i'll be going to V for that day, my gf's parents live nearby, so it's not too hard to go, and loads of her friends normally go...
So anyone know if theres time to see the pixies then get the bus to Stafford train station for the 11:38 train back to Manchester. I'ld hate to see Dido
