I've heard from various sources that the pixies are to support the red hot chilli peppers in Cardiff's millenium stadium on June 23rd- but cant find any info to confirm or deny this.
I wanted to go to see rhcp anyway- but if the pixies are playing in my home town I feel almost *obliged* to go! sure, the acoustics in the stadium leave a lot to be desired (went to see stereophonics last year supported by ocean colourscene & feeder)
Most major ticket sources are sold out, but i'm aware of a few available from a friend.....
If its true that pixies are supporting, I'm gonna go- & it also means theres likely to be 2 tickets available from me for brixton...... it would cost a lot more to travel to & stay nr brixton, whereas the stadium is a 30 min walk from my house!
Any info greatly appreciated- especially if u want these brixton tickets.......... ;)
