Speaking of rhythm ...
Does anyone else get annoyed (when someone finds out you play guitar) when asked, "do you play rhythm or lead guitar?" It's like ... dude I play guitar. I play solos, and I play chords progressions. I know in album covers it has like "Lead guitar: Lyle," but I think that's just to distinguish who is playing the solos. It's not like Lyle doesn't play rhythm too.

Word, Derek. I got that question the other day at work...
Another one that annoys me is "do you play acoustic or electric?" When I answer "both", i've gotten people who look at me like a just told them I can create a thunderstorm with the blink of my eye. It's like "sorry, I didn't realize that guitarists have choose a 'path of voltage or lack thereof' at some point." Oh, that's right...they DON'T have to!!! most guitarists that are any good can play both quite well.

Men in Black Jesus Was Right Llano Headache If It Takes All Night
Bullet and Stupid Me are really great too.
I'm gonna have to try out some of the tunes you guys play. I play mostly solo-acoustic stuff...that prolly has a pretty big influence on what you play, eh?

I don't have a lot of people ask me this, but I don't think it's a really bad question. My fried who is an incredible lead guitarist, for example, can't play chords to save his life; and a lot of people who play rhythm can't play lead guitar to save their lives.
Now the acoustic or electric thing...I can't stand it when people ask me that

Playing piano means I generally play different songs than everyone else, I think, but the songs I play most are:
Freedom Rock If It Takes All Night New House of the Pope Chip Away Boy Robert Onion
With honourable mentions to: Headache Speedy Marie
I also have to learn This Old Heartache, as soon as I can find that sheet music again...

The diversity in the songs people play reflects the diversity of Frank's music really nice.
Both tribute albums are amazing by the way. Everybody did a really good job with both of those.
