dyperman,
I am an old friend of his from
high school/college.
I was roommates with him and Joey,
and also J. Mascis.
I have been all over the country so I
have a bad habit of losing touch with friends.
Since this is a public board I haven't wanted
to get into too many details.
I know he is very busy and all.....
If anyone sees him, tell him this is Doug Martins!
He'll know who I am dyperman!

But then again, I've been on the "net"

like back in 1983.....

| Doug, ha, I go to UMASS right now, what dorm did you guys live in?? I'm dying to know. Sorry to prod, but the prospect of possibly living in the same dorm as Frank, Joey and J Mascis is amazing. J Mascis still lives around here, he's easy to spot down at the local coffee shops sometimes. |

What Dorm? *sigh*
It was a while ago, but I remember Brett being where
J. and I had a room before I got a single.
Before that I was in Sylvan, the ones at the top of the
hill in a suite type setting.
Me, Charles, Joey, and a few others lived in one suite.
Back in those days I was one of about two guys
with long hair on campus. You know how big Umass is?
I was shocked.......

Cool, I hang out in Brett all the time. I'm in Van Meter right now, that really big one on the top of the hill.
Sylvan eh? That's the only place with suites...alas, maybe I'll actually visit that place now, it doesn't have that great a reputation. My roommate now lived there last semester and didn't like it too much. |

I think I cut it last when
