I guess this question is probably better suited for a Tom Waits forum, but I'm not a member of one...anyways do any recordings exist of the actual theatre performances of Frank's Wild Years, Black Rider, Alice, etc.? If so, any videos? Where can I get one (audio or video)?

i have some waits boots but i don't think any are what you're looking for. you might try looking/asking at sharingthegroove.org, they get some good waits stuff here and there. |

for the groove, just check out the getting started section. for the most part, you just need to register at the site, it's free. then download the bittorrent software. then when you see a thread about a show you want, open it and look for the torrent link. then click the link, and you're off. then you need software to convert what ever type of audio it is to wav for cd burning. poke your head around the getting started for links to software and stuff. its a very cool place and you'd be amazed at some of the shows that show up. |
