3rd date of the Bossanova/Trompe Le Monde tour, and the 3rd and final night in Olympia Theatre
Location: Upper circle balcony seating, central - just a bit to stage left
Lineage: iPhone 11 internal mics (stereo) > JustPressRecord (44.1kHz/16bit WAV) > iZotope RX 8 (Azimuth level adjustment) > Thimeo Stereo Tool (for declipping iPhone auto-limiter) > MVSep Ensemble (creating stems) > Ableton Live (mixing, editing, etc.)

Awesome stuff, thank you for recording an sharing!
I was at night 1 and 2 in Manchester, seeing them again on Sunday in London, what an incredible week. This recording will help me relive these shows, thanks again! |

Thanks a lot for this! I listened until All Over The World. I hope that by the end of the tour they will properly learn their parts (especially Joey). I would be curious to hear a recording of the last show and compare it to this one.
Thanks anyway, I have no doubt they will musically and finally pay justice to these beautiful albums!

Thank you! I can't because my account there expired unfortunately.
Surprised with what the onboard iPhone mics can do, but unfortunately they also do autogain meaning the volume can jump up and down a little bit here and there. Tried to fix it as much as I could. Next time I record a gig hopefully going to have a nicer mic to plug into the phone, something still discreet :) |
