I think Long Rider has interesting chord progressions in both the verses and chorus, but, like The Maharal, I cringe at the "just slay it" parts. I'm trying to remember from the podcast, was that a Tom suggestion? At the very least I remember him being enthused by it and requested its repetition.
Listened to Doggerel today and I freakin' enjoyed it
I have problems - some minor, some bigger - with every song But there's a new record on the horizon to complain about This one gather dust for a while and I loved to uncover it again
