What is the all time least heard, least known, least experienced Pixies song ever recorded?
(Before someone answers WIMM, I'll just say that I think you're funny for saying that).
Curious to hear what everyone / anyone thinks. |

Does the question mean to represent the general public, or Pixies fans?
"Ain't that pretty at all"? |

I was going to say this one also (I Can't Forget), but I do remember when that tribute album came out hearing it on the main alternative radio station WHFS in DC area. One of my favorite songs they ever did, and one of the few that are "catchy" right off the bat. It does remain a rarity though. |

Agree, great song, wish they would play it live! They did a fair few covers back in the day, even 'Aint That Pretty At All' is an interesting one. Didn't pay it much attention when it was released but like it a lot more now. Sounds uninhibited. |

Their version of I can't forget is magnificent. I bought the album off the strength of that song alone (and there are plenty of other great covers on it). Could not say the same for Born in Chicago. Taped it off the radio at the time and didn't think it was good enough to make me shell out for Rubayat. As far as I am aware it was the only official Pixies 1.0 tack I do not own. |

The last song I finally heard was 'Born In Chicago'. If we're including unreleased material I'd say 'Drum Solo', as I'd imagine it's the least well known.
"What d'you want? Drum solo!" |
