Way better than some of the other live appereances. It's still a great, great band.

One thing, that's been on my mind since I first heard the song and especially when I heard this live version. On Bag Boy they sound like a band of rookies:

1. A gimmicky use of synth that adds nothing
2. A song that's good, but goes on forever
3. Mistakes all over the place (especially in the cover your breath-choir)

The studio version of Bagboy doesn't give me that impression
- The synth is simple, dark, and fresh, "bluesy" as would say BF
- The song is full of confidence and takes time instead of rushing things
- The cover you breath lines are complex in structure, and anyone would have a hard time learning them (remember Kim S. having a paper at her feet)

Only problem compared with live versions for me is that the studio version is a bit slow

Couldn't agree more billgoodman. I find live Bagboy a really difficult listen.

Thanks, beauty is in the eye of the beholder of course.
But although Bagboy has a bite and has lot's of style, I don't think it's a good song. It sounds like a jam.

Same here. Tough to get into the live version, which sounds sloppy.

That's the first ballsy live version of Brick is Red I've heard. The highlight for me.
