You are a treasure, Pixie Punk! (I'm giving you capital letters! as a tribute. haha) If not for you, I wouldn't have caught them Sunday as I never go to openers. And it was great! So different and an oh-so-exciting build up to the Pixies. Can't explain the intensity of the horns playing all these fave songs and the "Bone Machine"/"BONE MACHINE" segway. Keep on keeping on, man

All of my posts are to spread the word about Good Music :-) Glad I joined this page many years ago.Kudos to all involved in keeping it :-) LIFE TO THE PIXIES!
When I went to see the Reunion I even saw the opening act outside the venue.Life of Pi from Tampa. The vocalist from my 1st punk band was living there at the time so it was a double reunion for me traveling from Puerto Rico.I met the Leader of Life of Pi in this forum, turned out one of their guitarists had worked with our singer :-)The Thrills opened the show.
How cool was that? It was such a festive celebration of the Pixies' work, loved it. Must have been a great lead in to the band taking the stage and blasting the tried and true version of Bone Machine we all love. Awesome.
