I really think their management is underestimating the "indie" community's reverence for LPs. People might not still be buying them, but they are listening to them...

get the impression the EPs are of the purpose to ease the band back in before a new LP is recorded/released. Makes sense - who remembers any EP reviews from a bands legacy? Anyone remember what NME said about Oasis' Wonderwall? Me either.
