Blackfrancis.net has posted that FB has contributed his version of Sister Isabelle to the upcoming Del Shannon tribute "Songwriter vol 1".

I happened to follow a preview link to amazon.com and it turns out that this is a new version of "Sister Isabelle". Very different than the version with Teenage Fanclub. Sounds really interesting.
