I think this might have to go down as the greatest indie collaboration ever formed. Don't know much about the rest of the musicians apart from they all come from Holland or thereabouts (I think) but the baldy punk lead singer in from Amsterdam and has made a couple of albums with another guy under the band name Aux Raus, both of which were very good.
This is just raw punk rock energy, it really makes me feel a little bit nostalgic towards my time in Holland. I never made it to Groningen, but I've been to Zwolle a few times and it's a fucking great place, I hear even better than Nijmegen.
This live clip of a small gig in the Crowbar really takes me back to the time I spent there, which I miss greatly, and it reminds me of the Black Francis gig at Doornroosje in 2007 a bit, same raw guitars and the Aux Raus guy jumping around screaming really reminds of Black Francis at that gig.
