Hey everybody,
Just got back from a killer solo "acoustic" show in LA. Acoustic basically meaning Mr. Francis solo with an electric guitar. It was a pretty incredible night, with a good selection of songs spanning his entire career. Here's the setlist:

All in all, it was a great show. The Pixies tunes sounded great, Subbacultcha was an awesome surprise. I Heard Ramona Sing was actually requested by someone in the audience, and Frank played it after saying he was dedicating it to Joey Santiago, who had played on the recorded version of it, and was actually playing another gig across town at that same time. Would've been nice to hear some Teenager of the Year, but I really can't complain, it was an awesome show.
I could picture Classic Masher possibly being a new Pixies tune if in fact that is happening, but what do I know! |

| Without wanting to take the thread off-topic too much, I've read differing views on masturbation and its benefits. Some say a wank a day will keep the doctor away (good for the heart and stuff) but I came across (pun initially unintended but now I acknowledge it) a Reddit page listing dozens of apparent health benefits which would happen if you stopped completely. WHICH TO BELIEVE? |
