| Basically confirms a new Pixies album in the last couple of minutes. When asked whether there will be a new Pixies album he says he's not at liberty to discuss whether there is or not, that its up to their publicist in LA to start talking about it - that she, not the singer of the band is allowed to discuss it. If there wasn't a new one on the way, he would've denied it or discussed his desire to do one. |

| He probably didnt actually mean the new 2013 pixies album was not going to happend but that we would start a new era with totaly new emotions, chakras and karmas and cool stuff like that (AND a new pixies album)... |

Nope, here I am. Like I said, I'm not convinced that there will be any new Pixies for 2013....if ever.
The first of the Last Splash 20th anniversary shows sold out in minutes. I'll bet there will be a lot of demand for Kim and company, so don't be surprised if the Breeders tour continues into the fall. So, if Kim is out from May to November or December, when will the Pixies tour a new album? Unless you want to believe that the Breeders will be opening for the Pixies? |
