I've seen that show. It's called Hell is other people. It's like a Jean-Paul Sartre dating game.
Wait a minute. I'm a nice, smart handsome guy and I'm dating a nice, smart hot girl. You're saying I'm a gay asshole?

"Thomas and Toadies"
preempted my pixies obsession, preempted any religious questioning, coincided with a Link to the Past summer, and taught me how to play bass guitar-- Thank you, Toadies.

Big difference between friends trading insults and an odious passive-aggressive like pot sending unprovoked hate messages. Or maybe you think there isn't?

What you mean like this- fuck you?
We can keep it at the level of 'friends' trading insults if you like, but if you wish to continue with this campaign against me then I can be quite scathing when I want to be. You're the one who is getting personal. I'd really prefer it you weren't around either, but unlike you I just try to get on with things and ignore people I don't like. You OTOH respond by asking for me to be removed in the most sanctimonious way.
I was just being drunk and silly the other night. I noticed there was a bit of slanging going on in light of recent events so I was just carrying along with that trend, only I guess when it's anyone else but me it's not personal or offensive, right? Yeah, I'm the guy who cares more about whether he can score drugs than the plight of Afghan women.

let me point it out;
a pair of docs in a pair of docs in a paradox (and i guess because i posted in this thread we can add another "in a paradox") - a sphincter says what?

At 15:34 of this MP3 Wiretap Season 8 episode 4 Upside Down World http://podcast.cbc.ca/mp3/podcasts/wiretap_20121020_32740.mp3
"Some scientists say that when we are first born we see the world upside-down. This is because light travels in a straight path and so the image of the outside world formed on the retina in our eye is inverted. It is the brain that learns to invert the image and thus make the world right-side-up. Thanks to our brain we do not have to walk on our hands, sandwiches undigested and loose change falling from our pockets.
This is what the human brain does every waking second of our lives. It takes something that is upside-down and makes it into something that is right-side-up. But for the very first days of our lives, when we are babies, we see what really is: a thumbs-down for a thumbs-up; a frown for a smile.
This is why we hold irony so dear, it takes what is literal and re-inverts it to its purest opposite form. It allows us to see things for the way they really are, upside-down. In some measure, irony allows us to feel like babies again, wide-eyed, constantly amused and enthralled by a world that is weirdly contradictory." |

LOL @ Hurricane Sandy. OK here's my prediction- Nothing will happen. Obama is just covering his ass in case something happens, which it wont, but if it did it would lose him the election if he wasn't seen to take evasive action like... evacuating Manhattan? When's the last time that ever happened. Voters are so gullible.
Don't 99% of people in Manhattan live on the second, third, fourth floor? Stay indoors. Stock up on supplies. It's just a freaking storm, buildings aren't going to come crumbling down, a few broken windows maybe. As usual everything's a fucking exercise in spreading panic and alarm...
