This turned up in my google alerts:

http://www.independent.com/news/2012/jan/31/last-broadcast/

So apparently there's at least one FB song in the soundtrack but it doesn't say which (though it mentions When Will Happiness... which I love). Nice to see the Catholics mentioned. I wonder if the director hangs around here.

Yeah, I agree that it's probably a different song at the end than WWH but which... very nice to see FB/Catholics get a mention in this era of Pixies revival. I wonder if the director has a bit of spare time to help with the site... :)

It's always nice to read others away from this site praising the work of the man like this.
I enjoyed hearing Steve Gullick a few years back talk about his love for the Catholics.

What a great song to have in your head, Mr Hallows.
One salty tear. Clouds hang low on the ruins God these words are good.

I look forward to this. A few days ago I was actually salivating (once again) over the lyrics of When I Go Down On You which are in a similar vein, I feel.

As the universe explodes
And the world goes straight to hell
And some people try to split our love in two
I'll go down on you, I'll go down on you
No, there's nothing could ever break this spell

Just superb imagery (although I don't visualise the 'down on you' part so much). My favourite part of the song.

Being a big FB/BF fan I'm ashamed to say I've yet to listen to Pistolero or Devil's Workshop or those unreleased albums (just never got around to it), but this has inspired me to get right on it.

You've got to be kidding me.
I listened to Devil's Workshop the other day. Not my fave Catholics record (BLD is far superior) but the Kingly Cave/San Antonio segue is absolutely stellar. And I am totally in love with Fields of Marigold cause it sounds so much like a Bowie song and I love Bowie.

I thought this was about the fake documentary horror of the same name (which actually came out before the very-similar Blair Witch).
