I'm sure if everyone made a thread about some band sounding like the Pixies, we'd have 2000 of them.
That said it's the closest I've heard to them in a while. I'm also a big believer in how awesome The Arcade Fire are as both people and musicians, so the plug for their new album is well deserved:
