Does anyone know what guitar this is? Looks like an Ibanez but I can't seem to find it.

Ha. Yeah, it's Lionel Richie.

There's a Fender (Showmaster?) that looks similar to an Ibanez.

It's not a Showmaster anyway. Different headstock. Same pick up config though. Any other ideas?

I've played something that looked similar and loved it. The action was spot on. It felt like the strings were made out of air.

Cool. I'm thinking about buying one of those cheap Ibanez guitars with the supposed fast necks. Just for something different ya know. My Tele will always be my baby!! I'd love a Contemporary Tele, but they are impossible to get hold of.

I don't think so; the bridge on BF's guitar is way more modern. Proper locking style.

Froze the Pixies on The Word Video at 1:29 min and could see clearly that is definetly a G&L Interceptor as mentioned before.

Haha, awesome find!

Contemporary Teles are great, though. Fantastic trem, and the general build quality is amazing.
