Just confused and depressed at the speed of time. Going way too fast, this year, and leaving nothing but BLAH in it's wake...

That felt like the fastest winter ever!
A technique I've used successfully to slow a day down and/or slow my perceptions of said day is to focus only on the moment and not think of the past or future, not even what I could be doing fifteen minutes from now. It's not easy but when I concentrate on savoring where I'm at (if possible) the day moves slower. |

Speeding up! But it's been kinda fun the past month because at least the fast-flowing time has been filled with a LOT of theatre! In the past month I've done THREE plays! Whirlwind rehearsals and quick performances, but it's been great. Best thing is people actually SEEK me out to do these shows! I'm like totally in demand in the Orange County theatre world! YAY!!! Good times!
But yes...how the F is it already JULY?!?!!?!?
