This is a JC Production ! JC did some great recordings in the late 80`s and early 90`s. He still tapes, but doesn`t trade anymore. He doesn`want to upload stuff, so this might be the closest you can get to the master source. His (and my) friend KW did a funny jingle for the show. You can hear it at the end of the show. Some crowd noise, but not that much. I think it`s great recording. Check the sample and let me know, if you think the same. Best Bobfather |

My first Pixies concert. I can't believe it'll be 20 years. That October I'd just gotten honorably discharged from the Navy after 5 years of service. I'd been living in Gulfport, Mississippi and only been home to Brooklyn about two weeks each year. When I found out about the concert and went to the Ritz' ticket window I purchased two tickets, they were $20 or $25, even though I had no one else to take. In the end I wound up selling the extra ticket at face value to an appreciative fan. I spent most of the concert in the mezzanine near the soundboard. Not very exciting but it sounded awesome. My next show of theirs, Feb 5, 1992 was a much fuller experience. Front of stage near Joey and me singing along with my future wife. I still haven't heard either show since. One day I'll download them.
