it's not an invite site. go to the sign up page and refresh the page every 20 seconds for about 10mins and you'll be guaranteed an account as they delete inactive accounts constantly.....

Any hope of someone uploading this show as Zipped MP3 files (of at least 192 KPS!) for those of us who don't have the proper software to deal with Torrents?

the sample sounds great, too. Which is good considering how muffly the recordings of the Euro tour--the ones made it to DIME, at least--were. |

Frank talks more during this show than he talks in all 20 or so live bootlegs I have--and shows I've seen in person--put TOGETHER. Motormouth Frank.
It also rocks. Violet gets quite the workout in "Angels"--and she remarks on this when the song is over. She performs gracefully, though. |

My first time trying one of these torrent thingys. It seems like it's trying to download but nothing is coming...it says 0(39) seeds and 0(6) peers. Did i miss it or something? Or it's still there to be had, just keep trying till I figure it out?
Thanks. This may soothe the pain of missing these West Coast shows...

thanks ccuadros. i used utorrent and after some drama about port forwarding i got it sorted out and now I have a copy of a Black Francis show on a CD. Unbelievable! Freakin technology. Awesome
they came through as ".flac" files. I don't know what that is, i converted them to mp3. is this necessary? just wondering
thanks again to all

Cool!, flac is a loseless format, is not necessary to convert to mp3 if you have enough space in your hard drive. Personally I burn a DVD with the flac files and i store the files converted to mp3 in my hard drive.

During the 3 years of reunion, Pixies never played "Break My Body" and "Motorway To Roswell"... They didn't play them since their first split.
And now Black has confirmed there won't be a new PIxies disc, he plays these two songs with his group. To me, but this is my own and personal opinion, it sounds like a "FUCK YOU" to the other three Pixies...

It could also be interpreted as FB/BF thinking he should give the audience something new. |
