After a long hiatus of not drinking - and also the most boring, miserable year of my life - I am once again indulging.
Been skating in a scorching hot skate park almost every day and there is nothing better than a couple of tacos (or some thai) and a cold one. Been keeping it light though.
What was the last beer you drank?
Stay on topic. I don't care about martini's and shit, I only care to hear about beer.
As a beer snob I'm a bit embarrassed to admit that I've been slumming.

I don't usually drink this, but somebody bought me one the other night so I stuck with it for the rest of the night.

Shared a can of Strongbow with Mrs. Coastline last night. That's a cider, not a beer, but we hardly differentiate. Previous actual beer, though, was a Shiner's Bock.
Please pardon me, for these my wrongs. |

I read that as Shiner's cock at first. Questions were about to follow.
I am ashamed to say that the last beer I had was on Saturday and was a pint of Fosters. They had nothing else though.

I had a Corona at my brother-in-law's the other night. It was wasted on me - i was feeling sick and it just made me feel sicker.

I really don't remember the last beer I had. I haven't really had anything to drink in the last 2 1/2 years other than 1/2 a glass of bubbly and 1/2 a pina colada. I do drink NA beer but I don't think that counts.

Bought some german beer I think from aldi the other day, cant find a picture as its probably unknown, was decent though once you get used to it being a bit stronger than standard rubbish english beer. Bottles are much better than cans/draught (in some cases)

Yeah beer never tastes as good from a can. It takes on the taste of the metal. And most pubs/bars don't clean their pipes properly, so it usually doesn't taste as good from draught either.

Actually I like Carling from a can, but never drink it from a bottle. Carling isn't that good anyway, but I do prefer it from a can.

That is the one exception, you're right. Perhaps it is so bad that the metal actually improves it.

i remember tipping out most of the only bottle of delerium i've ever had.... we were waiting for friends to pick us up from a bus stop in brussels and we waited for 10 hours drinking various belgian beers (they never came...)..... delerium was not a favourite.... but that was when i didn't like strong beers...now i think i'd love it, but have never had another cause that memory is still so powerful....

I used to drink Carlsberg (no pun intended), but went off it. Usually order Heineken when I go out, must try and be more adventurous!
