Three of my grandparents were 100% Irish, and the other was 1/2 Irish, 1/4 English, and 1/4 German. So that makes me 7/8's Irish. Close, but not enough. I'm like a mudblood. Damn that 1/16th Germanitude and that 1/16th Englishness.

eh don't worry about it, even 7/8 from the states is way more Irish than someone born in Ireland; well, the American Irish I know are far more Irish than the born-and-bred kind. I suppose identity is a slippery lil creature.
