Hi! Check out the web store... there are some VERY COOl autographed posters on there now. I am pretty sure I paid around $30 for one from a regular vendor. This one is only $15 and it's signed by the man himself!!!!
If you like Pearl Jam, there's a BUNCH of them with Pearl Jam too. I also picked up a FB&TC's baseball cap. And some extra goodies that I can't talk about for a very special friend of my husband and me. |

I've got IE7 on Windows XP Pro.
Let me see, I just received a Vista Home machine the other day, I'm spending countless hours struggling to take away all the horrible bits, I'm stuck on trying to get rid of the Windows Explorer search box, and I can't quite get the context taskbar, what do they call it, the ?FolderBand? to un-hide after I set it to auto-hide.
And that horrible Office 2007 Ribbon UI, bloody hell that's just not good for someone with poor eyesight. You would hope that these ribbon menus would at least have some sort of logic to them, but I cant' find anything. Piece of garbage. And Windows 7 will have more ribbons, fuck that.
Oh sorry! I'm a very reluctant point and clicker. Too bad they don't make Excel for Linux.
That new computer has IE7. It also has a wide-screen with a much higher resolution! That's the problem! I suspect the triangle is defined in points instead of a percentage.
I'm still waiting to order Petits Fours!
I think I may start an FB art collection too, I'm not sure. I will have to see how financially responsible I feed that day.

I ordered a signed FB & the C's poster last week, the one from when he was touring Canada with Dave Lovering, and it arrive Friday. It looks great. Well worth my $10.

hi, sorry for not posting this earlier. My posters got to me on time. I just have been too busy to post yet. Hopefully if I can survive this week at work, I will post some pictures of my new goodies. I am blown away by the quality. They are all so beautiful. These are posters in other places you would pay $30+, so I feel like FBF is doing this for the fans, because he's definitely not making money on this. I even feel like a lot of them are priceless.
I also got this really cool note. I can't believe how nice the bureau is. I really feel so lucky to be a fan.
Here's what the note said, "Greetings, Unfortunately the large "EN CONCERT" poster received a slight tear as it was being signed. Furthermore, Black Francis is currently out of town getting ready for a tour, so his signature is not readily available! We sincerely apologize for this. Included are a couple of newest posters we have and we hope that you enjoy them! Sincerely, The Bureau."
Enjoy them?? I LOVE THEM!!! I got the new Violet posters and an extra Frank Black/Pearl Jam Poster! I just can't believe this.... I am so happy. (So is my better half (Mr. Pearl Jam)!!!)

That's pretty cool, I'd trade a tear for that too. That said, if it received a tear while being signed, couldn't he have signed another one while there?

Well, I don't know how many copies of the torn one there were. I am guessing that there were only a few so maybe that's why. The one that was torn was from a FB&TC's era poster from Spain. So I am thinking that it just adds to the character. It will be a good story to tell the person that I am giving it to as a gift. |

thanks for reminding me hammerhands, it totally slipped my mind. I already shipped off the two Spanish ones to my friend who saw them in Spain during the Catholics era. (They were pre wedding presents :)) Things are crazy the next few days, but hopefully this weekend I will take some pics and post em here! |
